The most frequent question I am asked is "how much does it cost for my son to be a scout?"

I hope this answers your questions.

Options:
A) NEW SCOUTS NOT FROM A CUB SCOUT PACK:
New scouts as above will receive all of the new scout items listed below under crossover ceremony.  The cost is $40 due at the time of joining the troop to cover the materials listed below.

B) Cross over Ceremony (If you are coming from a Cub Scout Pack):
The troop will do everything possible to be at your ceremony, please make sure to speak with the Scoutmaster well ahead of time to plan.
1) The Troop will change out the scout at the ceremony welcoming him from cub scout to a boy scout:
The new scout will receive:
a) a Troop 700 Neckerchief,
b) green epilets for their uniform,
c) Troop 700 Numerals,
d) Scout Neckerchief slide,
e) Scout book and
f) the scouts first class B shirt.
(The cost is $40 due before the ceremony payable by cash or check - made out to: Troop 700.)

Parent Responsibilities (Explanation of Fees):

The Total troop fees are: ($120 + $40 + $33) = $193
