A cub scout is part of a pack. Within the pack, there are individual dens made up of boys the same age grade. Cub scouts participate in various activities, both as part of the pack and as individual dens. Family participation is highly encouraged as a valuable part of what makes the scouting experience a success. Accomplishments and skills are rewarded based on the particular den you are in. Before earning any of the ranks below, the cub scout must earn the Bobcat Badge. This is accomplished by completing the 8 "tracks" of the Bobcat trail.

1st grade or 7 years old. 



Wolf Scouts 
2nd grade or 8 years old.

Third grade or 9 years old.
